The Superintendent's Bulletin is managed by the Superintendent's Office . Submit items for inclusion in the Bulletin by e-mail to Cheryl Giles at cheryl.giles@spps.org no later than Wednesday (4:30 pm) preceding the week you wish to have your information displayed. Prior to submission of Bulletin items, all items must first have the approval of your supervisor/manager, and then be finalized by the Senior Leadership Team member who heads your department.

New Superintendent's Bulletins come online each Friday of the school year--excluding holidays and/or breaks.
